Junior travel grants for EPDIC 19

All junior members under the age of 35 can submit applications to the President of the Society at swiss.crystallography@gmail.com. Deadline for submission is April 19th, 2026, which coincides with the early-bird registration deadline for the conference.

The Swiss Society for Crystallography announces a special call for SSCr travel grants for all junior members to attend the 19th European Powder Diffraction Conference in Crans Montana from June 23rd to 26th. All SSCr members under the age of 35 are eligible, regardless of their affiliation and position. Please submit applications to the President of the Society at swiss.crystallography@gmail.com, specifying the special call "EPDIC bursary" or "EPDIC grant" in the subject field of the e-mail. The following documents need to be submitted, but can be kept brief:
Type of presentation/involvement (poster, talk or workshop participation)
Letter of motivation
Letter of support from your supervisor
Brief budget of expected costs of attending EPDIC
Deadline for submission is April 19th, 2026, which coincides with the early-bird registration deadline for the conference. Please see https://www.epdic19.com. Abstract submissions for poster presentations will remain open until May 17th, 2026.
